SOI is a local, woman-owned company with an emphasis on personal connection and customer satisfaction. We personally guarantee that the spaces we work on inside your home meet your expectations and standards through the use of a clear proposal before we start working, progress check ins as we go, and a final reveal that will exceed your expectations.
WHO IS SIMPLY ORGANIZED INTERIORS FOR?
Everyone! If you are 18 and older, own or rent a home, office, or apartment in the greater Cincinnati area, we are ready to help you!
SOI is not for homes and spaces that have been deemed unlivable, condemned, or are too full of stuff to move around freely (hoarding situations or other similar issues). We are also not a cleaning service, but rather specialize in reorganizing, decluttering, redesigning, and similar processes.
What kind of spaces do we organize?
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ORGANIZE MY SPACE?
We tackle each project in 5 Phases. This helps you understand the logic and plan behind organizing your space.
Phase 1 - Measuring and Planning: I will come to your home or office to measure all areas inside space that will be organized. Based on the goals of your space I will order/shop for all items needed for your space transformation.
Phase 2 - Sorting, Categorizing, & Cleaning: We carefully and thoughtfully take all your stuff out of cabinets, drawers, bins etc. to get an overall inventory of what you have to sort out items that no longer bring you happiness and joy. We help you decide what is worth keeping or ditching to help declutter your mess. Let's face it we can’t keep everything. You rounded up the troops for a reason. We will then categorize the items in an attempt to mind map how to organize your space functionally for your lifestyle.
Phase 3 - Shopping - Who doesn't love shopping! Based on the goals of your newly organized space we will carefully order all items needed for your transformation.
Phase 4 - Installment: This phase happens on a case by case basis. If you will be having closet systems installed or repainting in a space this is when we will do it.
Phase 5 - Organizing and Staging: This is when the magic happens. We will place products and label spaces and restock your items based on your space's goals. Clients will be giving a tips sheet on how to maintain their space.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A CONSULTATION?
We will schedule a ten minute Zoom call for free, which will allow top organizer Cindy to see the spaces you are most concerned with, and to hear your feelings about these spaces. This quick tour will allow her to give you an accurate proposal including rates and plans for your space.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY CONSULTATION?
Nothing! You do not need to clean up for this, as this is a judgement-free process, and seeing your space in its normal state can help me identify problem areas.
WHAT HAPPENS TO ALL THE ITEMS I NO LONGER KEEP?
SOI believes strongly in reusing, recycling, and donating as much as possible. We will help you select a local charity or donation center to donate items to, or you can do that on your own. We will only be throwing out broken and unusable items that wouldn’t be accepted by a local thrift store.
