Who can enroll in a Maintenance Plan?

Maintenance Services are exclusively available to established Simply Organized Interiors clients who have previously completed a Professional Organizing project with our team.

Can you maintain a room that SOI hasn't organized?

Maintenance is intended for spaces where SOI has already established the organizing system. If you'd like help with an additional space, contact us and we'll recommend the appropriate service.

Is maintenance the same as another organizing project?

No. Maintenance focuses on light editing, resetting, re-zoning, and refining existing systems. Significant decluttering, redesign, or new organizing projects fall outside the maintenance scope.

What if my space needs more work than a maintenance visit allows?

We'll let you know. If the space requires a larger reset or a new organizing solution, we'll recommend the appropriate Professional Organizing service rather than trying to squeeze a larger project into a maintenance visit.

Do unused visits roll over?

Visits are intended to be used within the plan period and do not automatically roll over unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Visits are scheduled according to the frequency and session length included in your selected plan. Maintenance focuses on preserving existing systems rather than completing new organizing projects.

If we determine that a space has changed significantly or requires extensive decluttering, redesign, or a new organizing system, we'll recommend the appropriate next step.

Full Maintenance Service terms are provided before enrollment.

Your formal terms establish the 12-month commitment, scheduling requirements, renewal terms, and the circumstances in which a maintenance visit may need to convert to a regular organizing service.
